I'm writing to urge you to oppose the ESA Amendments Act of 2025 and to protect the Marine Mammal Commission (MMC) from proposed elimination in the FY2026 federal budget. Losing the MMC and weakening the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) would jeopardize decades of science-based conservation success.
